MAYCINGCHEN INC (mirayne.shop) offers a fair and transparent return policy for our eyewear products, compliant with Stripe payment regulations and consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Customized, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Custom prescription eyewear (if applicable)
  • Sale items marked as final sale

Return Process

  1. Contact us at admin@mirayne.shop to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided in our email response.
  4. Returns without a valid RA number will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
