Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your product. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Damaged items caused by improper use are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team first before sending items back
2. Please state your order number, product and reason for return
3. We will send you detailed return instructions after approval
4. Return shipping costs: Unless the return is caused by our error (wrong / defective product), buyers bear the return postage fee.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, your refund will be processed in 3‑5 business days. The fund will go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing speed, it may take extra days to show on your account.

Non‑refundable Situations

• Products clearly marked final‑sale
• Items returned after the 30‑day return window
• Heavily worn, damaged, incomplete products without factory defects
